Happiness Policy

  • If something is wrong, please contact me and let me know.  I will do what I can to make it right!
  • Not sure if I can help you?  Give it a try with an email session! If it doesn’t work out, you can request a full refund of your first email session within 7 days of your appointment. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to schedule anymore sessions with me after getting a refund.
  • I am not a licensed health care provider or therapist. 
  • I am not a licensed business coach.

    My services provide intuitive insights which constitutes my personal opinion.
    By scheduling a session with me, you assume responsibility for all decisions about your life and business.

Package Policy

Monthly packages include 4 sessions a month (via phone or email).

  • Refund are not available for appointment packages.
  • Cancel at anytime and you won’t be billed for next month. Upon cancellation, you can schedule your current sessions. Unused sessions expire after 3 months.

PS:  In the 20 years I’ve been working as a professional intuitive, I’ve had thousands of clients but less than a handful of people have requested a refund… it’s pretty rare!

Appointments Policy

  • Missed Appointments can be reschedule it once.  If you miss it again, your registration fee will be refunded and you won’t be able to schedule any more sessions.

Jewelry Policy

  • Repairs are free:   Please contact me to let me know you need a repair.  We’ll split the shipping: you pay for shipping to me and I pay to ship it back to you. 

PS:  I’ve never had to repair any of my pieces

  • Returns within 30 days:  If you don’t love your pendant, Please contact me so you can send it back for a refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt.  You’ll pay for shipping it back to me.
