Happiness Policy

  • If something is wrong, please contact me and let me know.  I will do what I can to make it right!
  • I am not a licensed professional health care provider.  I do not offer diagnostic or treatment for physical ailments, nor do I provide psychological counseling. I will give you my personal intuitive opinion about your situation but you are responsible for your own decisions. 

Appointments Policy

  • Not sure if I can help you?  Give it a try! If it doesn’t work out, you can request a full refund of your first email session within 7 days of your appointment.   You won’t be able to schedule anymore sessions with me after getting a refund.
  • If you miss your appointment, you can reschedule it once.  If you miss it again, your registration fee will be refunded and you won’t be able to schedule any more sessions.

PS:  In the 15 years I’ve been working as a professional intuitive, I’ve had thousands of clients but less than a handful of people have requested a refund… it’s pretty rare!

Jewelry Policy

  • Repairs are free:   Please contact me to let me know you need a repair.  We’ll split the shipping: you pay for shipping to me and I pay to ship it back to you. 

PS:  I’ve never had to do a repair on any of my pieces

  • Returns within 30 days:  If you don’t love your pendant, Please contact me so you can send it back for a refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt.  You’ll pay for shipping it back to me.
