Monthly Intuition Tip
This month's tip is about making a choice by using your Intuition.
When we're trying to pick the best option, it's sooooo tempting to listen to the mind saying: "Oh, let's think about all the pros and cons and then come up with the RIGHT answer". But this strategy leaves you spending hours thinking about the problem with your left brain (the intellectual, rational side) while ignoring the right brain (the intuitive, creative side).
The best solutions always come from an integration between both sides of the brain.
So how do you do that? This is a simple exercise I use all the time:
1) Select a situation where you want to pick the best solution (keep in mind that the best solution might be temporary until you find an even better option!)
2) Think of two possible choices to solve this problem. If there are more than two, compare them in pairs until you find the best one.
3) Sit down and relax your body (take a few deep breaths)
4) Close your eyes
5) Plant your feet firmly on the ground and imagine that roots are growing from the sole of your feet. The roots are grounding you deeply into the earth.
6) Open your hands, palms up
7) In your left hand, imagine that you are holding the first choice.
In your right hand, imagine that you are holding the second choice.
8) DO NOT THINK ABOUT THE PROBLEM. Just pay attention to how you feel when you focus on your left hand, then on your right hand.
Which one feels better? That's the best option!!!
A few tips on this technique:
- Make the choices simple, such as "Going to the party or Not going to the party".
- Don't worry about how you will make that choice work. Just know it's the one your intuition is suggesting. The details will work themselves out as soon as you make the choice to move forward.
- Do this exercise only once and move on. Your intuition is always right!

Hey, that's not what I asked for!"
"Although most of my work is based on the Law of Attraction as discussed in the Teachings of Abraham (tm), I have always been reluctant to directly talk about this concept. Yes, I'm a chicken when it comes to LOA!
But I have a compelling reason: My first experience with LOA (before I figured out how to also handle the Law of Allowing) was disastrous..."
