The Chakra System is at the root of our interactions with this physical environment.
The chakras work just like a radio antenna. You can receive and send vibrations through them. Each chakra is related to a frequency range. For example, you pick up (and send out) vibrations that have to do with personal relationships through your second chakra.
When you want to go at the source of all your manifestations, the chakra system is the place to focus on! Today's tip is to use the SNAP method of Energy Healing while thinking about each chakra (1 to 7), so that you reinstate fluidity in their energy flow, clearing up both your out going and incoming transmissions of vibration. This is especially helpful if you have several instances of the same problem (i.e. multiple problematic relationships) as it will affect all of them at once!
