The Universe always knows…

December 17th, 2008
Money Manifestation Program

I am just finishing another round in the Manifestation Program©.  There’s a feature in that program where you can let the Universe choose an exercise for you.  Meaning that you don’t do them sequentially from 1 to 20, but rather you let synchronicity pick the best exercise for you on a particular day.

I always use that feature now.  And it’s striking to me how the Universe always knows what I need most to hear, to be reminded, to work on…Today’s exercise was about releasing control and I totally needed that to enjoy the end of this year.  Yes, I could be doing more to help more.  But the fact is that I can also relax in all that I have done this year and just let it go, float into the world!

I like to work on something big right at the end of the year and go through all the basic concepts and exercises of manifestation on it.  I feel it’s a great way to clear up old resistances that are ready to be released while setting up the stage for a great beginning of year!

And indeed, I tend to land amazing contracts in the beginning of the year!

In retrospect, I have to admit that I wrote all of my online programs primarily for myself.  For example, I wrote the Empath Survival Program© so I could post a quick links for Empaths who are trying to regain their emotional sanity.

I wrote the Abundance Mindset Program© because I wanted a list of fun abundance activities I could do in the morning before I went to work.

The Intuition Program© started as a list of techniques to develop intuition that I kept using with my clients.  I thought it would be easier for them to have all this information online so they could explore each technique at their own pace.

And I still use the Manifestation Program© regularly when I want to create and attract something really big into my life.  I initially wrote this program so I could organize my own thoughts and synthesize everything I had learned about the manifestation process.

I have used this program to enhance my relationship with my son (we’re so much happier now!), to get engineering contracts (I got 4 contracts including one at Intel!), to work part time while making a lot of money (I work 2 days a week right now!), to get a new car (I got a new Toyota Rav4 that’s already paid for!), to expand the traffic of my web site (which had grown by 400% this year!) and even to loose a little weight (I dropped 10 pounds and did not put them back on!) .

Gosh, there’s probably more things that I forgot!  The thing about the Manifestation Program is that you can use it for absolutely anything.  I have been the most avid user of this program and I have received spectacular testimonials from others who have used it as well.

In the end, I was the first one to use all these programs.  Which is probably why they are so “alive”.  I keep updating them regularly.  Adding new ideas, making the exercises more comprehensive, clarifying the concepts…I feel that my programs are living, breathing entities with a life of their own!

Who said Manifestation was easy?

October 31st, 2007

…because I’d like to club them behind the head…or at least be
slightly rude to them so they can rightfully feel ashamed of their
misrepresentation!

Maybe learning to manifest what you want is supposed to be easy, but it sure wasn’t for me.  I learned about the concept of creating what you want through the Teaching of Abraham (tm).   A
jolly bunch of teachers after my own heart.  One thing was always sure
when I went to an "Art of Allowing" seminar, I was in for some serious
laughs.

Which really help get the pill down.  Because it’s one major swallow.
Even though the concepts behind the process of Manifestation have been
around for a long long time (such as in the book "Think ans Grow Rich",
1937) and have been proven to work by successful people all over the
place, it’s still a big jump for the mind.

And that’s where I
tripped:  My mind was balking at the considerable mental gymnastics
required to use these principles.  I guess that’s probably how people felt when someone suggested that the
Earth is round (about 2500 years ago).  A concept like that just takes
a while to sink in.

Surprisingly, one of the big problems I ran into was an overwhelming
amount of information.  Just do a search in the net for Manifestation
or, the most popular term "Law of Attraction" and you’ll be deluged
with information.

Wanting to get results as quickly as possible, I engulfed large amounts of data every day, for months: I had several
Abraham-Hicks tapes, I had the books, I did the exercises, I was in a
study group, I was online posting about it…

Until one day I threw it all up.  It was too much for my poor brain.
The concepts were so life altering that the gap I had to fill to get
there was humongous.  I had lived most of my life in misery, with one
catastrophe after another.  My friends would call this the "Elise Saga",
when referring to my life.

In order to turn that ship around, I had to
exert fantastic amounts of time and energy (and money!).  And it was all
too much, too fast.  So I decided Manifestation didn’t work and threw
away my books.

So yeah, Manifestation was really hard for me in the beginning.  And yet, dammit, it worked.
I DID get what I wanted, even if it often took a long, long time.
There were also times when everything lined up perfectly and it felt
like overnight magic

That’s probably what kept me going, and got me to come back after the big throw up.  The results.
Not only in the physical stuff, but also in my day to day level of happiness.
After all, the reason why we want the stuff is because we want to be
happy…

I spent decades being miserable, oh maybe 85% of the time…Now, I’m
happy 85% of the time.  It’s funny to me how some people think that because I’m intuitive, I always know what to do and it ensues that I’m
always happy.  Heck no!  It’s true that I typically know what to do next, but
sometimes that seems to impossible, or so far away or so plain weird that I
get down too.  But those down don’t last more than 24 hours anymore and they
don’t seem to happen as often as they used to.

It’s certainly not the 100% blissful life that I’ve seen advertised on
some of those Manifestation and Law of Attraction programs.  But at
least it’s based on reality as I’ve experienced it.

I think learning to follow your Intuition and learning to manifest can
be tough (for some of my clients, it’s a piece of cake…I’m so
jealous!), but considering the alternatives (i.e. continuing with a life
of random crap and occasional victories), it’s totally worth it for me.

I also think that it’s always easier to find the shortest path when
you’ve arrived and you’ll looking back on your tracks.  Throughout my
work with Intuition, I took some amazingly long detours.  Like that
phase where I was so overwhelmed with information that I ended up
throwing it all up.  Never again!

Now that I do have a good
process that works, I can look back and see the quicker route I could have taken…

Maybe, years from now, the Applied Intuition Program
will be known as an efficient shortcut to help us bridge the gap
between our current reality and our goal to become deliberate creators,
as comfortably as possible.  That sure is why it was created.

Law of Attraction: Are you a Fixer or an Avoider?

September 21st, 2007

Does this sound familiar?

You have a little negative thought ("Why I am still struggling with money") …
which turns into a bucket full of negative thoughts ("I must be doing it wrong")…
which drives you right into the manifestational ditch: a big fight with the husband, one more unexpected bill in the mail and a long waiting line at Starbucks Coffee.

I know I have been there myself often enough.  And, while I was there, I tried all kinds of ways to move on ASAP.  In the end, it always boils down to 2 options:
1) You find a way to feel better about the problem at hand.
2) You find something else to feel good about.

This is similar to what you’d do if there was a fallen tree branch over the road you’re driving on.  You can either get out of the car and take care of the branch or you can take the detour.  Both options can be productive and you’ll end up using each of them in turn, depending on the specifics of the situation.

If the branch is huge and you don’t have a chainsaw in the trunk, then the detour is the best way to go.  If it’s just a little branch that you can easily drag out of the way, it’s better to stop and clear the road.

The problems start when you systematically refuse to use one of these solutions!

As you resist the path that would be more productive, you remain stuck much longer than necessary.   I have seen this so many times that I can usually tell if someone falls into one of these categories:

Avoiders: Will not get out of the car to look at the problem, even if the detour is lengthy and painful.
Fixers:  Will not take the detour, even if nothing productive can be done to fix the problem.

Avoiders and Fixers create their own set of troubles.
Avoiders constantly have to keep busy, running a rat race to keep themselves from accidentally stumbling upon the underlying problem.  They’ll gather up piles of resources but never use any one of them effectively.

Fixers will spend most of their time thinking about the problem, making it much harder to manifest good, positive things.  They’ll get piles of resources and use them all at once, until they metaphorically vomit everything back up.

We all have a preference, of course.  I spent most of my life being a fixer.  And under stress, I tend to revert right back to it.  But by now, I know to change course when I realize what I’m doing.  Because there is a better option out there: The Opportunist.

The Opportunist  always chooses the path of least resistance that feels better right away.  Sometimes taking the detour (without feeling guilty about leaving the branch in the middle of the road), sometimes stopping to solve the problem (without worrying about getting a little dirty along the way).  The greatest benefit of this strategy is that it leverages LOA instantly: as you choose the best option, you get thrown even better ones to choose from!

In my experience, this is not an overnight change.  But it’s an overnight choice. For all the Avoiders and Fixers out there, the first step is to CHOOSE to be an Opportunist.  As soon as you do that, LOA will start throwing great opportunities your way.   And then you just practice, practice, practice…

Sometimes, a prospective client will ask me if, being an Intuitive, I’m happy all the time.  The answer is no.  But I am a seasoned Opportunist, which means that my bad days are short and always end up back into Well Being.

Law Of Attraction: Hey, that’s not what I asked for!

September 5th, 2007

Although most of my work is based on the Law of Attraction as discussed in the Teachings of Abraham (tm), I have always been reluctant to directly talk about this concept.  Yes, I’m a chicken when it comes to LOA!

But I have a compelling reason: My first experience with LOA (before I figured out how to also handle the Law of Allowing) was disastrous…

Initially, I figured that if I "thought positive" about what I wanted, I was sure to win the lottery within a few weeks.  I mean, how hard can it be to only think about buckets of cash?  But it turned out to be harder than I ever imagined…

The first problem I ran into was the thought monitoring syndrome.  Since I wanted to have only positive thoughts, I had to always pay attention to my thoughts and then arm wrestle the "bad ones" away.  A few days of this brought me to the brink of insanity!  Not only is thought monitoring hard but it doesn’t work.  Because the other thoughts were still there…I was just resisting them.  And by LOA, resisting a thought attracts even more negative thoughts!  That turned into one big manifestational mess.

The second problem I ran into was the halfway point syndrome  I would experienced terrible disappointment when I worked on something for a couple of weeks without seeing much tangible changes.  That’s what Abraham-Hicks calls "taking score":  When you’re halfway towards your goal but you start to think about how you’re not there yet ("where the hell is my bucket of cash?").  At that point, you are actually turning around, going AWAY from what you want.  I went back and forth for months, with piles of half-baked cakes littering my manifestational kitchen…

The third problem I ran into was the specific form syndrome.  I would focus on something so specific  (such as "Doubling my income in 30 days" or "loosing 20 pounds in 60 days") that it became impossible not to feel bad about it.  First, the limiting belief would come up ("but I haven’t lost weight for years, I might not be able to do it anymore").  Then the doubt and powerlessness would pop up to liven the party ("what if I fail again", "what if Abraham is wrong" …or worse"What if I’m wrong").  Phew, can you imagine how much contrast that created?

Soooooooo, when the times comes for me to talk about LOA, I always want to put a huge disclaimer at the bottom saying: "LOA works but it helps if you know about this, and this, and this".  Which is easily overwhelming to a newcomer to these kinds of concepts.

With all the attention that LOA is getting from mainstream (with the movie "The Secret", Oprah and even Abraham being in the spotlight), I am VERY curious to see how how the crowds will digest this fabulous concept…

Partially to address my own concerns about LOA indigestion, I created the Applied Intuition Program.   This online coaching program gives you all the shorcuts to facilitates a gradual easing into these awesome concepts, so you can feel good along the way and steer clear of the common LOA syndromes I described earlier.  And through the miracle of technology, I was able to customize each concept to the specific emotional state you’re in as you read each topic.  No book can do that for you!

The Teachings of Abraham(tm) is trademarked by Abraham-Hicks publications.

Applied Intuition Program: Get what you REALLY want in 30 days

March 27th, 2007

Why do we want more money?  A bigger house? A great partner?  A great hob? Because it will makes us happy!

Manifestation is the process by which you attract the things you want into your life.  We are all born with this ability.  In fact, you’re doing it RIGHT NOW!  But most of us are doing it unconsciously…which can lead us to create some things that we love and some things that we don’t.

When I talk about the process of "learning to manifest", I don’t mean that you don’t know how.  I mean that you can learn to consciously direct your manifestations, so you end up with things you DO like more often.

In some spiritual circles, manifesting things like cars and money has been frowned upon a little.  As if there is something wrong with wanting a new car and using the process of Manifestation to get it.  I don’t subscribe to this view.  We’re in this physical world on purpose, to interact with its physicality.  So let’s make the most of it!

With that vibration in mind, I created the Applied Intuition Program.  A place where you can learn to manifest what you want consciously.   I’m sure this project will evolve and grow over time but right now it’s main feature is a 30 days online program.

If you can devote 5 to 15 minutes to this process every day, the Applied Intuition Program will guide you with a new exercise everyday.  Not only that but it will be customized to fit YOUR progress and pace.

Why?  Because manifestation is about momentum and there is no better way to gather momentum than through a comfortable, progressive acceleration.  So on any given day, the exercise provided to you depends on how you feel that day.  Some days will be devoted to clearing up your vibration.  Other are about removing roadblocks.  Or maybe you’re ready to move full speed ahead with inspired actions!

How is this possible?  Well…Anything is possible really.  But what makes this amazingly fun to ME is that I am a software engineer.  So I will be offering this program ONLINE by programming an intelligent system to respond to your needs.
