WOW!  What else can I say?  The Intuitive Weight Program is now officially launched and I have just been so excited to see not only the changes I have personally experienced (I am always the first one to go through my own intuition training programs!) but also what registered members are seeing as well.  Truly, intuition is a wonderful thing!

On the funny side, the results I am seeing are TOTALLY different from what I expected!

So just a bit of background, I am always the first client of my online programs. In fact, I still use my Abundance Program and I’m thinking the Intuitive Weight Program will be a keeper too

I lost about 8 pounds in the last 3 weeks which is cool. But what is WAAAAAAYYYYY cooler is that I finally became inspired to cook! I am in my late thirties and I have NEVER cooked. In fact, when I met my hubby, I told him “Either you cook or we starve”. I got him the Joy of Cooking and he’s been feeding us ever since…

But upon doing the exercises in this program, I got really excited about finding new ways to eat vegetables which I have hated all my life, no kidding. It’s surprising that I am as healthy as a horse, considering that I avoided vegetables as best as I could. And this lead me to look for recipes…

And then I thought “Would it be fun to have a computer program that organizes all this?” so so I found one. And it also prints my shopping list! Then I was hooked…

Also (you know, when it rains it pours), I started to exercise more consistently again. And I thought “Wouldn’t it be nice to have a fun game I could play that would make me move my body?” so we got the Wii Fit! And now my 6 year old son and I are literally competing against each other on who’s gonna unlock all the Wii Fit games first. Even my husband has joined in! You should see my son trying to do the Tree pose in Yoga with me holding his hands above his head LOL!

All that to say that weight loss is really a side effect here.

The most profound changes I feel have to do with doing more things that make me feel better. For years my spirit guide Ted has been saying that when I can exercise more regularly, my intuitive skills will sky rockets. And of course, dammit, he’s right This is the very same thing I have heard from Sanaya Roman who had to start doing aerobics classes before she could really kick her channeling into high gear…
