Activity 2: Abundance Affirmations

This exercise is called an Intuitive Affirmation, which is described in more details in the Abundance Program where you can learn to create spiritual and financial abundance by following your intuition!

Intuitive Affirmations increase the power of your words by allowing you to "ease into them", without feeling like you're lying or trying to convince yourself. They also use Energy work (with the Intuitive Tap technique) to help the mind embrace the words. Keep in mind that affirmations must always feel good in order to be effective...

1. Use the middle finger of your dominant hand to tap your Sixth Chakra, located between your eyebrows (that's called the Intuitive Tap) while you say each of the following affirmations. The tapping stimulates the flow of Energy, very much like an acupuncturist would do with needles!
   
   
2. Repeat your affirmation (out loud is preferable at first) for each level until you feel an "emotional shift" (i.e. you feel better, more relaxed, excited, etc) or 3 repetitions (so you'll say 12 affirmations total).
   
   
   • Level I: Wouldn't it be nice to have an abundance mindset
   • Level II: I am open to have an abundance mindset
   • Level III: I am ready to have an abundance mindset
   • Level IV: I am choosing to have an abundance mindset
   
   Tip: If you start to feel bad while saying a level, STOP! That means you have gone as far as you can for today!
   Think of this like exercising at the gym: you never want to push so hard that you tear a muscle...Just come back tomorrow and you'll be amazed at how quickly you can move up all 4 levels!
   
   Tip: If you do this affirmation every day, you might feel the emotional shift much sooner than 3 repetition! Feel free to stop as soon as you feel the shift!
   
   
3. Once you have reached Level IV, you have one more affirmation to do (using the Intuitive Tap):
   
   "And I release everything else"
   
   Say it until you feel the emotional shift or at least 3 repetitions.

Activity 7: Looking for Tokens

Would it suprise you to know that receiving abundance is the hardest part of this program?
And yet, that's where most people stumble and declare "It's not working!"

Have you ever been in a conversation where the other person is doing all the talking?
You would love to agree with what they're saying, acknowledge their requests and give them what they are asking for but there's no pause in the conversation...

Once you have asked for what you want, it's time to start looking for it which is what I call the Receiving Mode.

The quickest and easiest way to go in Receiving Mode is to start looking for Abundance Tokens.
An Abundance Token is like a bread crumb or an arrow on a trail telling that you're on the right track.
It is typically a miniature version of what you really want.

For example, you might find a $10 gift card!
You might be given free tickets to Cirque du Soleil!
Your spouse might get a big bonus at work!

Abundance Tokens ARE NOT

1. Consolation prizes because you can't have what you want


2. Substitutions because what you want is not good for you


3. A sign that you need to work harder to get more

Abundance Tokens ARE

1. Encouragements to keep going


2. Telling you that you are going the right way, no more work needed


3. Showing you a smaller version of what you want so you can see if you really like it

PS: Notice that I am not saying that you need to be grateful for Abundance Tokens...In my experience, when you're not able to pay the rent, being grateful is the last thing on your mind! Just notice the Abundance Token like you would notice the arrow on a trail and keep going!

Over the last few days, you have probably started receiving tokens already! Can you spot them?
