- How it works
Using affirmation is like doing physical therapy on your brain. Just like PT teaches a muscle to operate in a new, more functional way, affirmations show you
brain what kind of thoughts you want it to generate and repeat.
Sick people do not think the same thoughts as healthy people. By having healthy thoughts, you
direct your body towards that goal.
You can also combine affirmations with a visualization of your healthy body. Visualization is a powerful technique used
profusely by professional athletes. If your mind can see it, your body can achieve it!
If you have tried affirmations and were disapointed by the results...Don't worry! Progessive affirmations bridge the gap between a productive affirmation
and its deficient cousin: the brainwashing lie. Although it's ok to stretch a muscle while you're doing physical therapy on it, you DO NOT want to stretch it
so much that the ligaments snap! The same is true for affirmation. You need to FEEL COMFORTABLE as you are saying them. Otherwise you are stretching it too far!
- How you do it
- Find an affirmation of something you WANT your body to learn. Here are some suggestions:
"Being healthier every day"
"Healing more every day"
"Feeling more energetic every day"
"Getting closer to your ideal weight every day"
- Find the level of affirmation that feel comfortable. There are 4 levels.
- Wouldn't it be nice to [...]
- I am willing to [...]
- I am ready to [...]
- I am choosing to [...]
- Repeat your affirmation at least 20 times in a day (or as often as you remember to do it!), just like you would repeat the same movement in physical therapy
at the most comfortable level.
- Try the next level: If it feels comfortable and true, repeat that affirmation 20 times. If not, go back to repeating the previous level affirmation.
NOTE:Sometimes, it may take several days before you feel comfortable moving to the next level. Don't rush it! If you feel ready, you can also move on within
minutes.

- How it works
Your Energy Field is actually a magnetic field generated by the electrical activity in your body (see my FAQS about energy). Which means
that it can be affected by another magnetic field. This is the basis of the Healing I provide in my free healing session. This technique
uses the magnetic field of your hands to move the energy flow in the rest of your body.
- How you do it
- Open your hands, as if you were holding a small melon in each hand.
- Flex the muscles in your hands and arms, as if your hands were actually moving in water and meeting some mild resistance.
- Move your hands around yourself, within a 3 feet diameter around your body. With your muscles still flexed, start to "scoop"
energy in your hands (as if it was water) and move it around like in a washing machine. Reach above your shoulder, between your legs,
behind your back like if you had become a giant blender making an energy smoothie!
NOTE:This is not a cardio workout, so keep it gentle and smooth. When I do it, it looks like tai-chi or a sort of ballet dance.

- How it works
Energy flow constrictions are formed when we experience a traumatic negative event that we don't know how to release. Congealed fear, guilt and anger are the basis
of most illnesses. This traumatic event is recorded in your Energy Field (in a magnetic format) and it start to affect your physical body. Although it takes
a long time to form and illness (as energy constrictions are defying your natural, innate flow), it's energetic component is typically lodged in the Energy Field
years before the physical symptom is felt. This technique allows you to move the traumatic event out of your Energy Field for an instant healing experience.
I noticed long ago that when people hold an object, they leave an energy trace on it. In this technique, we're using this phenomenon on purpose.
By triggering the memory of a traumatic event, we'll making it's energy bubble up to the surface.
By writing it down, we're transferring that activated energy to the paper.
By burning it up, we're using heat to raise the vibrational frequency of this energy trace until the negative pattern is released.
This process is similar
to using heat to turn an ice cube into steam. We're turning a negative energy pattern into a neutral, reusable one.
- How you do it
- Think back on your life and look for events that have a strong negative emotion associated with it. Start with more recent events and work your way backwards
- For each event, write down (on paper) what you remember happened and HOW IT MADE YOU FEEL.
- Burn the paper immediately to release that energy.

- How it works
Illness comes from only one place: stagnant energy. But your natural state of being is to FLOW energy easily.
As such, your body's energy will get moving as soon as you ask for it consciously.
- How you do it
- Locate the problem
Whether it is a physical location in your body or events in your past that are still triggering painful memories,
you need to focus on that spot. Take a moment to pay attention to the physical pain, the fear, the anxiety.
Tell yourself the story on how this is still hurting you. No censorship: Be as whiny, scared and
angry as you want to be! You want to be able to connect to the emotions that are triggered when you go to
that painful place.
Note: If you are familiar with EFT, some people have noticed that they can achieve this step really well by
using the Karate chop point to get things going.
- Activate your Energy Flow
To stimulate energy flow (and release the constriction), find the location of your Sixth Chakra (between your eyebrows) and
start tapping it with your middle finger. Keep tapping for 10 to 20 seconds. Most people feel an instant relief as they
do this step.
- Anchor the Healing
Now press your middle finger against that location between your eyebrows, as if you were pressing a doorbell. Hold that pressure
and say, out loud: "Instant Healing". This is called an "anchor" and will act as a trigger to move towards healing whenever you use it.
Release the pressure and clear your mind.
NOTE: You can do another session after you have rested. I suggest a 24 hour rest period between sessions. Now that your energy is flowing properly,
let your body do its healing work.
